All Soundlib sofware products are available as trial version. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. Evaluation software may be downloaded from the Soundlib web site and includes the user manual. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting Soundlib Support. We do this to help customers make an informed purchase decision and avoid buying the wrong product for their needs.
After we have successfully received your payment, your product information with download link will be sent to the email address you provided. Orders are typically processed within minutes. If this is your first time ordering a product from us, we will open a Soundlib account for you and give you a login and a password. This account will allow you to download the software and updates and to retrieve your license keys should you have lost your registration email. If you do not receive your registration email after placing an order, first check your SPAM folder then contact us.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function and we are not able to solve your problem within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
